Island hopping

IMG_0050
I think the number one most important thing to do, if given the chance; is to island hop. And that’s just what we’re getting to do.

The few times G-man and I have been able to do it, we went to Hilo on the Big Island. It was great. We took a helicopter ride and got to see the lava flowing into the ocean and the waterfalls. It was beautiful.

Then we got to go to the other side and visit Kona. We loved Kona. Everything about it was just wonderful.

And this time, we get to go to Maui. I’m extra extra excited to go there. I’ve been eager to go to Maui for many many reasons. Reasons I’ll dive into after we get back, but we jetted off last night and get to live it up for the rest of the week.

Completely…well, almost completely unplugged.

And don’t worry, you can bet your sweet little fanny I’ll be taking lots of pictures.
I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend and a great Superbowl Sunday!!
Who are you routing for??

Kona is one of my favorite places in the world! We went there on our honeymoon, and it will forever be special.

I am a football fan, but don't really care about either team. I am dragging husband out to a belated birthday dinner (for me) instead).

Have a great time! I was there last year. Looking forward to seeing all your pictures! The highlight of my trip was to drive the road to Hana, I felt like I was in a different world.
