I'm thankful 8

With the roller coaster of emotions week over and done with, I'm tickled to look back and see ALL that I'm thankful for.

I do want to say how sad it is that 2 F/A-18 pilots died last week during a training exercise by the base. My heart goes out to their families.

I'm thankful for all of you sweet sweet readers. I'm still amazed you want to read what I have to say, let alone leave me such kind and encouraging comments. They were all making me cry when I was reading them last Thursday...in the good way. I was very weepy last week, haha.

I'm thankful for my bible study women who all made delicious food for our last night together.

I'm thankful for the 2 ladies in particular that were with me that night when I needed a moment away. Your company was appreciated.

I'm thankful for God reminding me that He is here.

I'm thankful for my love who lifts me up even when so far away.

I'm thankful for a fun and successful Friday night with awesome ladies, reassuring me that God's taking care of me.

I'm thankful for absolutely divine peanut butter cookies. I've probably eaten over 30 in 2 1/2 days and have over 20 more to go. They are that good.

I'm thankful for knowing when and when not to brag over my baking skills. (I'm humble, promise.)

Psalm 104:33
I will sing to the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

Have I mentioned you're gorgeous? You are. True story.
And girl, go ahead and brag about your baking skills. I can't bake if my life depended on it. Also true story.

Me? I am thankful for finding another blog-friend who is grateful for Him, our higher being, who is patient with us and continues to lead us on the paths that He has laid out for us.

I am loving your posts, Emily. And please share this infamous peanut butter cookie recipe with us. I am drooling as I type this. ;)

Have a great week!
